I bring an unbroken line of increasingly responsible positions in operations management requiring communication, facilitation, and leadership skills to manage risk and inspire a diverse team towards a vision of change. 

The goal has always been a significant and measureable improvement to the ‘bottom line’.

I am presently leading the Facility Management Division of Corporate Properties and Buildings for the City of Calgary. The responsibility includes leadership to a team of 120 employees, a $26.5M operating budget, a $3.5M revenue stream, and an annual $15M capital budget. 



I excel at creating and managing change. I am an energetic and forward-thinking professional with a proven record in transforming the large and complex organizations I have had the privilege to lead. I am skilled in the execution of strategy with a reputation for delivering results. 

I am experienced in the general management disciplines of finance, HR, IT, operations, distribution, and organizational development. 

I am a consensus-builder with well-developed influencing and negotiation skills. I have a willingness to empower people and to be empowered.
